How the quotation process works

Registration and Login: To request a quote, you need to register on our site. Registration is free and reserved for industry professionals. After registering, you’ll be able to access the full catalog and add the jewelry you’re interested in to your cart.

Adding to cart: Browse our catalog and add the jewelry for which you’d like to receive a quote to your cart. The cart functions like a normal e-commerce cart, but you won’t be finalizing a direct order.

Requesting a quote: Once you’ve added all the desired jewelry to your cart, proceed to the “Request a Quote” page. Here you can review your selection and add any notes or specific requests. Please note that the quotation is not binding and that the order will only be confirmed after it has been explicitly accepted by our sales team.

Submitting the request: Submit your quote request. Our team will receive your request and process it as quickly as possible. We’ll send you a personalized quote via email, including prices, delivery times, and any quantity discounts.

Confirmation and order: If you’re happy with the quote, you can confirm the order by replying to the email. We’ll then contact you to finalize payment and shipping details.
